How Big ?

Heres one for you carp people if you don,t mind,

my friend Malc has got himself on the Gallery with his biggest carp to date, not massive but caught on a Browning Express match rod a size 18 hook and half a fruit pastille and a maggot(pause for breath). We dont own a pair of scales between us and we would like educated guesses to its probable weight. Malc hopes 5lb + ,I can certainly go for 4 + but I didn,t land it so I don,t know, go on guys and gals help us out

It's always a little difficult to guess fish size from pictures, as they can be deceiving, but I would say that that carp is between 4-5lbs.

 

It's a nice fish in great condition. Nice one Malc.
