Files in .dll

Having picked up a virus that microsoft essentials didnt pick up I loaded avast. It did identify a potential threat which I removed. I then ran avast which found nothing.

On the report it stated that the following files couldnt be checked.

 

algo.dll

aswcmnbs.dll

aswcmnis.dll

asweagin.dll and

aswscan.dll

 

Despite doing a search for these files nothing was found. Are these files ok or are they hiding a nasty?

however algo appears to be a virus of some sort but couldnt find much on it.

 

try doing the scan in safe mode (restart pc and pressing f8 before the windows logo and progress bar appear)
