bread punch, liquidised bread, wen best to use it

I am lookiing around for tips on using bread puch and liquidised bread for the irish junior team qualifiers, wen is it best to use bread punch, is it best presented on bottom or 6 inches of bottom, wot size hook, over maggots, over caster over liquidised bread, half and half, there are millions of combinations but I would like your own personal view on this, thank you all for replying wen you do
