I was a member of Linton for many years when I lived in Headcorn. It took me 7 years to get in. How times have changed!

 

The club certainly had some excellent fishing in the 80s and some of the waters they appear to still have. Several of my personal bests at the time came from Linton waters - in fact come to think of it 2 of them still stand today!

 

Unfortunately, the Beult is a shadow of it's former self, but the Teise just seems to get better and better. In my day it was rare not to blank there, but big fish were rare.

 

Anyone fished waters in this area?
