trent barbel

Two of use are off to the Trent for a 3 day adventure holiday. We have little idea where to find barbel on the river. We want to night fish and need to know about permits.

I appreciate that no one wants to give away hotspots . If anyone has caught barbel on the trent just an idea of a stretch would be a start

Where are you going on the Trent??

If its anywhere near Stone in Staffs you'll get some nice Barbel out of the free stretch just on the outskirts of the town!

 

Are you going to the fish-in tomorra with the others from the Barbel boards?
