At a rough guess i'd say that its upto Elton who owns the site & from what i can make out you've gotta have a good grasp of computer literacy & be at least 30 (IE you've gotta be OLD )

 

Don't hold your breath though cos there's people who've been posting on here right from the start of AN & i reckon they'd be first in line!!!!
