aint it strange that you spend all your time when your young looking for the best place to fish but when you are older you find them but have no bloody time to fish them is this true for any one else?

I couldn't agree more. Having recently taken early retirement (for the second time!), I can fish almost any time I want. When you first retire you may find you fish a helluva lot, but then get life into perspective and go a lot less!

I have to agree with crakemarsh on this. Maybe similar ages ?

 

Have the money to fish now but not the time and I work shifts to try and get more time !

I dunno Andy. I had heard that Steve is well over 115 yrs and I am not quite up to that yet. Not retired again yet either. I did retire from the US Coast Guard after 27 years but just jumped into another job. Still manage to fish once or twice a week though.

 

Or did you mean you and crakemarsh were possibly the same age?
