Seen in todays Daily Mail (01/01/2002)

Page 61. At last someone on our side.The entry on New Year Resolutions by Ellen MacArthur.Referring to BBC Sports Personality of The Year.

Her Resolution is to invite Bob Nudd to lunch with all the real Sports Personalities AND the Daily Mail will pay!About Time!

I hope Bob sees it and takes them up on it.

This is one programme I hate, why call it Sports Personality of the year. Most of the ones that win do not seem to have one. It should be re-named, Sporting Achievments, which IMHO Ellen MacArthur should have won.
