Blowfly maggots are considered the most sanitary bait sold in the US. They (it) carry no bacteria and are 100% protein. And, approved as such by the US Food, Drug and Cosmetic Agency(FDA).

For you course fishermen. If you have silver minnows and want them to shine brighter (with a golden hue) add the skin of a red onion the night before you are going to use them. You will be amazed!
