Getting one up on the kids

i love playing jokes on my nephew but last nights was a good one.

was sitting watching tv and picked a nice little booger from my nose, rolled it up and tried to hand it to my nephew without him knowing what it was, he wasnt for it so i dropped it and proceeded to mumble "oh no ive dropped it, it was wee bit of gold i found, damn it" i found it and said here look. he took it thinking it was really gold.

he looks at it, inspects it then squeezes it and says "thats not gold, what is it... AaaAAa its a snotter"

he prooceeds to knock sevral lumps of crap outa me.

is it just me that acts like the same age as him or do others with kids do the same ?.
