FISHING HOLIDAY

Looking for a suitable venue for a break with a friend towards the end of Sept. Needs to have accommodation close to bankside for pleasure angling within 100-150 miles from London. I have slightly impaired mobility so need flat swims.

Any suggestions/recommendations would be most appreciated.
