OE 6 Help!

Just upgraded to Outlook Express 6, Re-configured it for my email accounts, however, I can now only receive mail to my primary address. I have 3 other mailbox addresses (for family members)and they can only send, but not receive.I know they work as I can access them through a web based account. My ISP says its an OE6 problem. Tried MS online help but no good (surprise, surprise !)

& now I'm stuck.

I had the same problems as your having.

I even emailled Microsoft for answers, but recieved none. I eventually gave up and re formatted my computer and installed IE5, I've had no problems since. Maybe you should do the same.

now follow this go to your web mail site ie tiscali yahoo msn or whatever then to your email "options "tick box for pop3. thats all there

is to it no need to reformat
