One of these things walked out in front of my car today (didn't hit it). I wondered what the blinking flip it was! Absolutely stunning creature and I was pleased to coax it back to the nearby Manor House from which I'm sure it came.

Lovely in a red wine sauce and the feathers are good for flies and mackerell lures.

Next time Elton, accidentally sump it, pluck all the feathers from the breast, tail and wings, then send them off to me. I'll email you a photocopy of a 50p piece in return smile.gif
