Weston anglers have a couple of good waters in sandymoor at the daresbury end of the runcorn express way.I used to be a member a few years sgo.Sandymoor lake is great for carp of all sizes, it used to be verry safe aswell but like i say ive not fished there for years.

No day tickets tho im afraid

i fish at clincton woods in widnes which as 3 ponds they are good ponds,but afte a while when you fish the same place over n over,you get bored

there is also spike island/carter house in widnes but i dont feel safe there to many smack heads and gangs use the footpath for the canal.

i was wondering if anyone can reccomend any good safe places close to widnes what i can get to by bus or taxi,

i got my driving test next week so if i pass that i can fish anywere
