Anybody else bought one of these?

I did and have found it doesn't work very well :(

On a smooth surface its fine, such as wheeling around a shop floor, but once you get onto a rough surface it tends to collapse, it folds up. Because of the folding design it is better in one direction than another, so if you have to backup over a bump it folds rather than passing over the bump.

Also, even in the strongest direction, it still folds too easily. It folds just wheeling out of my garage where the is small metal band, only a few mm high, at the foot of the garage door.

As a result I have 'modified' it so now it is very similar to the Ocean Kayak 'thru-the-scuppers' type. Works a treat now :) but I shouldn't have had to do that.

Spanner, had a similar problem with the first design that I built for AnglersAfloat, hence the through the scupper version.

The new french trollies sold by Ocean Kayak are the business though, really simple design and work really well, wish that I'd though of it. :)
