Email Problem

Placing this here for a mate.

He swears he has done all the right things but keeps getting this error message when trying to send mail.

 

The host 'mail.tiscali.co.uk' could not be found. Please verify that you

have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'mail.tiscali.co.uk',

Server: 'mail.tiscali.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,

Socket Error: 11004, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

 

Can anyone throw any light on the problem

server should be:

smtp.tiscali.co.uk

 

if I remember correctly, everything else as above

 

 

just checked, and I was correct.
