where i used to work in pet trade we used to use it in products so i bought a bag of company 2years ago but still ok got some full ones in it so wandering if i could use it for loose feed on bottom and full ones on hook on bottom but how can this be done as i think it will float not sure please help

You can make them sit on the bottom with neatral buoyancy by putting them in an expander pellet pump and sucking the air out.
