I had a problem with my Fuji 602, so i found the Fuji website and located a service agent in Portugal.

I emailed them and got the postal address and posted off my camera.

Within a week it was returned, with a part replaced, and a general service.

All this was FOC including the return postage even though the camera is about four years old.

Brilliant!!!! :lol:

That 602 is a great camera (I have one for holidays and fishing), good to hear Fuji are looking after you

I've been to Scrabster... and I want to go back!!!
