i've had my card through the post today and was going to have a seesion on Sandymoor on Sunday. Anyways, i havent a clue were to fishing or with what bait? ( I fish the pole)

Haven't fished there in years but one word of advice use a big elastic.When i used to pole fish my self snapped a few poles on there .Theres loads of carp in there and some really nice crewe's.Caught most of my crewe's as you approach to lake you see a little island well fish to that from the other side(not car park side), most of my carp came from the bulrushes in the second half of the lake on the right hand bank.
