Summerfishing Sweden

Hello, the summer in Sweden hars been fabulous, the fishing and the weather... Eel caught yesterday, 5,07 pounds. Enjoy. The look in my eyes is said to be "religious" but is only the result of reducing red eyes in photoshop;)

Great eel Jan. There have been some good ones comming out in the UK this year.....but sadly not to me!

Thanks, one half roach caught this lovely eel. Yesterday we tried again and caught 14 eels, noone over 2 pounds. I dont think i´ll ever catch anotherone like this... but who knows, I still feel like a king.

I'm no eel expert but I always thought that the chances of a big one increase if there are very few small ones, so maybe a water that produces 14 in a session isn't the best place to try for a big one. Cracking fish anyway!
