Yet another crap days fishing

The NMC recently held a fish in on the Cuckmere, and very few fish were caught (I blanked).

 

I did see quite a number though (I suspect that most I saw were thin lips).

Gerry Green (One of the NMC founders) turned up and remarked that 'in his day they went out and caught mullet' , none of this 'might catch a mullet'

I had heard about the fishin and the lack of fish caught, unfortunately i could not attend but as stated! mr greens

catching days of thins up there will be memorable ones for him as they have been for me and a few others, as things are now they look like they will never even come close to being repeated in our life times again.
