i just wanted to say a public thank you to kayaks and paddles

i buggered up the rudder on my x-factor and had the part on back order ,as it was taking so long to get the part they took it of one of there boats and sent it free of charge !!

i just though this kind of service should be known about as there are so many money grabbing companies about it great when you find people with such a good attitude

Great when companies provide a good after service

 

I had a similar experience with Johnson Outdoors, they sent me a mixed bag full of s/s bolts for my kayak!
