28hp Mariner Parts

Hi guys im having a problem trying to find a parts supplier for my engine, i need to replace the impellor but the bolt heads on the leg are starting to shear round as i undo them. Ive found a site in the states that will sell the bits i need to me but the shipping cos is twice the cost of the parts, the parts im looking for are

 

4x gear housing bolts part no (mm-1081711m)

trim tab (mm-82795t)

" " bolt (mm1082477m)
