Dont know about ID but on production of your rod licence you are entitled to see theirs. But of course without ID positively linking them to that licence its pretty pointless isnt it? Trouble is that putting a photo on your RL would most likely cause so much extra effort that it would double the price! Or so the EA would most likely tell us.....

And thats my "non indicative opinion"!

Thanks Budgie.........Always nice to know what other people think ......i'm just about to start fishing again when i get back to the uk after a number of years.

Hiya all. On the subject of producing your licence while fishing are you within your rights to ask the person for there ID.

Basically I think that if someone asks to see your licence then they should be open to show their authority/ID.

I'm not really a fisherman, I just like to think I am.
