Went out yesterday (29th) by West Lepe Buoy in the Solent. No sign of any cod just doggies and pout. Still, it was better than sitting in front of the box even though it was definitely a lot colder!

 

By the way I've just posted a report on the Fishing Reports section of this site which looks like a good information system if only more people would use it. Let's give it a go!

Well said, Martyn. The coarse anglers are getting quite good at filling theirs in, and the guys in the North East are great on the NESA site.

 

We'll get there, once a few start the ball rolling.

I know the feeling Martyn. I was out for eleven and a half hours over at Bembridge, same as you, just doggies.You can read my report under the Isle of Wight heading in reports section. Yes it was cold.
