  1. Just found out today that Santhill Fishery in Bourton on the Water has closed. Did some research on t'inernet that suggests it has been sold. Does anyone know what is in store for it? Am moving to the area soon and would like to have some fishing reasonably close by. Cheers, Finbar
  2. Hi Ken, you could also try Packington off A45 to Coventry. Most lakes are syndicate but there is one day ticket water. I go quite often and have never blanked, even had a nice brownie on saturday and I am rubbish. Reasonable prices too. Good luck
  3. I have noticed quite a few sizeable brown trout (6-9 inches) in the various brooks in Bromsgrove. If you do not know the area then the only trout fishing is on commercial reservoirs. It makes me think that perhaps some of the local rivers may have a natural stock of brownies. Has anyone else got any experience of spotting brownies in the natural waterways of Worcestershire?
