  1. dont fancy the hand in mouth bit my hair rig was very frayed ,wont forget my sons face when he netted it in a 36" net (i wasnt cat fishing) and tried to lift it out holding the net at the bit where it screws into the handle ,he lifted, arms of net went down :D when he realised how big it was he lifted using the mesh ,sent for larger net next day and new bulb for torch (not much use for curved net ) :D

  2. got a wasp nest thats just out of reach and wanna destroy it ? got a telescopic landing net handle?

make a telescopic wasp nest whacker .

take the handle down into its sections put a small bit of bog paper into the screw part (where the net screws in) using a funnel pour a measure of wasp nest killer into the unsealed end ,carefully (keeping the bog paper end down)reasemble the handle to the desired lenght ,carefully remove paper ,push end to wasp entrance ,blow hard untill lethal load is delivered .

top tip 2 DONT SUCK :D

it wasn`t the small wasps it was the naughty bigger versions on the back of the roof ,the small ones are doing fine and send their love :)

  3. i agree we have a litter policy in farnham ,litter in your peg and off you go ,pity the person just setting up and the warden catches them with someone elses litter in the swim  line is the worst ,why do they use so much ? ok a bit may get caught in a tree in rare occurences(if the club had a long arm pruner it could be recovered )but several yards lying about on the bank is ludicrous why dont they PICK IT UP why should i be kicked off for someone elses lazyness

  4. i thought it was red`s house (hence my post) unfortunatly with a copy of the electoral roll to get your post code and a visit to getmappin most people can be found (not me though YET) its a product of the 21st century unfortunatly ,privacy from the state or anyone else is a thing of the past ,there is a big brother and he is watching

  5. borrow a psu from a working machine ,that will eliminate power trouble ,300w is used on modern machines over about 1ghz ,older machines will get by on 250w ,there is a feedback on motherboards to the psu called "power good" if the signal isnt recieved by the psu it closes down ,does the psu stop running or is it still working ? try setting in the bios the default safe setting it will run a bit slower but illiminates a lot of probs :) check that both the psu fan is running + the processor one as well (they both get crudded up so may need a clean also check it without the hard drive cables plugged in they sometimes get sluggish

    and halt the boot process
