It mentions that this telemetered data is acoustically transmitted to hydrophones on "specified frequenc[ies]" but does not mention which, nor with what sort of transmitting power. Are these frequencies at all within the sensory range of the bonefish's natural predators?

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how I might put myself in with a chance of catching a bass from the North Cornish coast in the area around Bude over the coming week. Where, if anywhere, would be a good location? I have never fished for bass before but am eager to catch one. I would like to fish from the shore, but not anywhere particularly dangerous. Methods available to me are fly and spinning. I could possibly fish with bait if I did not have to go too far out of my way to buy some while I am down there. Any tips on an ideal place and a time to fish from people familiar with the area would be appreciated.
