Due to bad back am looking for a water with some 30's and access to swims being nice and easy, don't really mind the cost too much provided I can bivvy up regularly - mainly mid week. All replies very welcome. Am travelling from South Wales area.

Sorry for the delay common, fished it this past week and very quiet, has been quiet since June just the occasional fish. Nice site tho, spring probably best time.

Thanks Julian, looking at the Nash picture my attachment looks to be 180 degrees out, do I presume rightly that these are supposed to attach to base of bite alarm.

Bought what I thought were swingers, but turned out to be buttcrackers, anyone know what they attach to.

My sister's dog can find a small stick thrown into a field when it has only been touched once briefly by a finger and thumb. I smoke a pipe, if I ever give up I'll let you know if she can still do it.

Hi all, I live close to Abergavenny in South Wales, no local tackle shops, no close carp waters, nearest I've found is Trefaldu, near Monmouth, anybody got any info; also any barbel in the Usk round Abergavenny. Thanks - living in hope. Dave Popsbear
