sorry, i dint make myself clear on this subject. I need to know how to elasticate the whips i have bought for my kids but i have always used rod and reel so i am totally confused as how to do this part of the setting up process plus i keep forgetting you polers use the term rig for the action end of the kit, B-) i hope ya can help me now i have cleared that bit up

How do i set up the whip -- i was advised to set up as i would a pole -- does anyone know where i can lay my hands on such info.. thank you.. tomo

i have just purchased 3 whips (3m, 5m & 7m) along with 3 elastication kits(sizes 4, 6, & 8) for my kids to use but as an "all my life" rod and reel user i am not sure whether to attatch direct to the eyelet that is on the tip or should they be cut and threaded like a pole? i think you'll need to dice it finer than that or get some bigger hooks
