Cheers Ken. I've been wanting to watch that but couldn't find it on youtube when I looked a few weeks ago, and I was too tight to pay for it.

Does anyone know an ombudsman service that would handle complaints against websites such as hotukdeals?
I've contacted hotukdeals with various complaints over the last few weeks, and they've been disruptive and uncooperative like you wouldn't believe. On their own website they list under their complaints section they state -
I am not satisfied with the response, what can I do?
If you have received a final response and still consider your complaint to be unresolved, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You can do this through the following methods of contact:
Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower,
London, E14 9SR
Tel. 0800 023 4567
Email: complaint.info@financial-ombudsman.org.ukYet even this is false information as i've contacted the ombudsman through that link and they have replied with "We can only look at complaints about financial businesses (like banks, insurance companies and finance firms)."
I've contacted hotukdeals AGAIN with the above, yet they are being as unhelpful, vague and disruptive as i've come to expect.
