Yep' Cory, always had to be up, washed & dressed first to get the cream on your cornflakes!!

I once left a message for our milkman - "Please put this plastic lid over the milk bottles, as The Tits are out before the Lads"

I did not need to. I was brought up on a wee farm with a heard of Jersey milkers. I used to love the way that the cream stuck to your cornflakes.

    So which is it?

A few posts ago, you said that "thatcher took it off the infants the kids who really need it" and now you claim that "Thatcher – by then Prime Minister – was horrified when Health Secretary Ken Clarke proposed finally ending free milk for nursery schoolchildren as well".

School milk was horrible. It was unrefrigerated, so in the summer, it was warm, borderline rancid and had the cream separated from the milk. It literally made me gag. but emotions aside, let's take a look at the actual history:

Mrs Thatcher, the then education minister, was asked to find savings of £9m, some £90m in today's money. In 1971, free milk for primary school children cost £14m a year - twice as much as was being spent on school books.

Her biographer, John Campbell, said she took the view it was more important to spend money on buildings and books. She thought things like free school meals and milk were for social services and nothing to do with education.

As she explained in 1971: "Many, many mothers can provide their children with milk or give them a certain amount to take to school, say 10p a week to buy their milk. What they cannot do is to see that their children are taught in the proper buildings.

"Many children are but many are sent to school in very bad conditions - I think it is our first job to get those right."

So she was an education minister, who focussed on delivering the best education possible. What a novel idea!

We had refrigeration in our school and the milk for most part was Jersey milk with cream on the top like custard. How I loathe modern day homogenised milk.

There's nothing wrong with a "single market". It's entirely consistent with the "free markets" ideal, except insofar as it puts up barriers to trade outside the limited European market.

The same Thatcher that said of the Maastricht Treaty (the foundation treaty of the European Union) that she "could never have signed that Treaty".

You're deflecting from the nature of the left/right political divide, and the fact that "it comes down to individualism vs collectivism".

Collectivism is responsible for all of the greatest evils that this world has ever seen, and in the 20th century, it was political rather than religious collectivism that resulted in the deaths of millions.

That is just your opinion. At the risk of deflecting once more whay to you think Margaret Hilda Thatcher, Baroness Thatcher, LG, OM, DStJ, PC, FRS, HonFRSC would think of the premiership of Mr and Mrs Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson?

I know what the right want, they want more for therselves and less for everyone else. That is what they vote for.

Next you'll be trying to gaslight me into thinking that ANY of those political parasites of any stripe actually care about anything more than getting into power then staying there as long as they can.

Nice deflection. Don't you want to talk about political theory?

Reagan's America or Thatcher's Britain would suit me just fine.

The same Thatcher that championed the sinlge market? I kind of hanker after her myslef. She would not have co-erced into a referendum by your favourite goglle eyed loon. That is sure?

What am i deflecting from Ken?

"the clue is in the name" but it's only a clue. In reality, it comes down to individualism vs collectivism.

I'll take personal freedoms, limited government self-determination and free markets over a totalitarian government subjugating those freedoms to the needs of the state, the church, the great leader, or the unelected bureaucrats in Brussels, any day of the week.

Tell us this Ken. What government in what country at what time would suit you?

You don't understand how quotations work either.

As for my politics, both the fascists and the national socialists were/are lefties - the clue is in the name.

My politics are on the right.

The clued is in the name. What rot. By your recconing North Korea is and North Korea are democracies, the clue is in the name.

And you are tugging what at this moment in time?

Go get a job if your handouts don’t cover the cost of your food bill, or feck off back to Scotland and sit in a pub, cry that nobody gives you much, (you get more from England than the EU ever gave you) and still demand more, then Winge that you could get more if you were begging off other Scots, have a few more drinks and then start a knife fight. I think you once posted in one of the fishing forums but only after someone pointed out you had never done so, well I’m asking again, when was your last post in the fishing forum? If the Scots are not as servile as me then I would ask, is this a new thing, I don’t remember reading in my family history that my ancestors surrendered and pledged allegiance like the Scot’s did at the drop of a hat, you are just plain boring.

    I have a job. Next.

Your petrols next as seen in this alarming news headline  that must be true because its in the media

You need to keep off that cheap **** aswell

I have just looked at a couple of old ASDA receipts. Back in October and November 6 large free range eggs cost £1.09 the are now £1.25. When I was at school 1.09 < 1.25.

The delivery I took in November costs almost £3.00 more now. I wish I had your level of income where I could sneer at the rising cost of living. It must be nice to be flush.

I do like a nice, simple interactive map..

    Bread

    Beef

    Milk

    Eggs

Why are all those items with the exception of milk cheaper in France when we have 0% VAT on food and they have about 5.5% VAT? Why is that KEN? In fact why do we have VAT at all? Surely we should have abolished  filthy regressive EU tax the day we finally left?

How can you bear to live here?

I was planning to retire somewhere else but 17.4 million wankstains and racists voted to stop that.

How did voting for a bunch of fannies that cannot control their own bowel movements to "take back control" of the borders do?

Are you referring to Abramovitch (sp?) purchasing Chelsea in 2003 when BLiar was Bush’s puppet.

Why do your posts normally contain references to genitalia, have you an unhealthy fixation?

What about, what about, what about. When are you going to get it through your thick skull. that I DO NOT support ANY political party. YOU are the chumps that get out of bed on a Thursday morning and give these oxygen thieves validation..

We should also not have been paying the Russian c@nt to put our satellites into space. We should have our own rockets but of course that would mean the Tories investing money in this country rather than giving it there criminal friends that launder the dirty Russian money.

You voted for the Wurzel Gummage tribute act. YOU own it.

Putin's Mam should have Slapped him when he was a child - "Go to bed now Vladimir - you're Tired" !!.

Maybe if Trump and our own beloved leader had not been so busy massaging Putin's glans penis with their uvulas we might not be in this mess We should never have allowed Russian gangsters and criminals to buy property and football teams in this country.

At least in our non democratic Country anybody can stand for election, in Frogland to stand as President you have to get 500 already elected people to vote for you in the first place, so the corrupt vote for who the population are allowed to vote for in the first place! Just like China, “here’s a list of approved candidates you can vote for, we call it democracy!” But China is a bit better than your beloved EU, they got a list of one person to vote for.

Macron got +50% of the votes cast, not 50% of the votes available and then only after others were knocked out leaving just two candidates in the final round.

    It's votes cast that count.

but your politicians are the good guys

I don't have politicians, buddy. In case you had not noticed like Dave I stay in bed on election day.

I took a leaf out of George Carlin's book.

"on election-day, I-STAY-HOME. I don’t vote. F#ck ’em. F#CK THEM. I don’t vote. Two reasons. Two reasons I don’t vote: first of all, it’s meaningless. This country was bought and sold and paid for a long time ago. The **** they shuffle around every four years doesn’t mean a f#ckin’ thing. And secondly, I don’t vote ’cause I believe if you vote, you have no right to complain. People like to twist that around. I know, they say, they say: “well if you don’t vote you have no right to complain”. But where’s the logic in that? If you vote, and you elect dishonest, incompetent people, and they get into office and screw everything up, well you are responsible for what they have done, YOU caused the problem, you voted them in, you have no right to complain. I on the other hand, who did not vote, WHO DID NOT VOTE. Who in fact did not even leave the house on election-day, am in no way responsible for what these people have done, and have every RIGHT to complain as loud as I want, about the mess YOU created, that I had nothing to do with. So I know that a little later on this year, you’re going to have another one of those really swell presidential elections that you like so much. You enjoy yourselves. It will be a lot of fun. I’m sure as soon as the election is over, your country will “improve” immediately. As for me, I’ll be home on that day, doing essentially the same thing as you, the only difference is, when I get finished masturbating, I’m going to have a little something to show for it

  17. It should be more than 50 percent of those wo voted. I see that an MP was chastised for calling the trouser stain a liar. Apparently you are not allowed to call a liar a liar. By that mathematics he is also not a bellend.

My real beef is not with the politicians, rather with the feeble minded half wits that voted for him.

Its not just mp's its down to village councils ,why do people willingly give power to others to punish them? Then theres the thousands of unelected ministry employees and the police all out to tell you how to live your life ! I have never elected anyone to have power over me so i do my damned best not to do what they tell me to do .

Strange post though from a guy who likes the EU and their thousands of elected and non elected scumbags all doing the exact same

Whilst on about crooks i have never understood this foreign concept of bribing the local mayor to let you do something ?!? Why not just kick the ****er out for corruption ? Better still you KNOW where he lives! burn him if he refuses to let you do something thats lawfull ! The whole world is on the take its not just some jumped up african despot taking advantage .Its become those in power think its their right to be on the take ,the idea is they get elected to do nice things for those that elect them not use the electorate to line their own nests and **** the elector !so much for democracy!

Politics is second only to religeon to exert power over and extract money from the people ,its just scams !

Hmmm half the fricking workforce is working for the gov and the sparcer the population the more of the buggers are doing it

    https://www.google.com/url?q=https://researchbriefings.files.parliament.uk/documents/SN05635/SN05635.pdf&sa=U&ved=2ahUKEwi-vviW-c31AhU0hP0HHYnkBTwQFXoECAIQAg&usg=AOvVaw0iklqD-fRsjHjoj6ntx6jx

Over 5 million people working in government and councils alone! Yet you walk outside you fall in a pothole and get covered in litter and the verges are uncut ,what are they paid to actually do?To many chiefs not enough indians ! Chiefs just talk and employ more chiefs so they get fired not them when they **** up and the few indians do the work!

I only know about France. Whilst not a perfect system at least in France to be premier you need to get at least 50% of the electorate behind you to win. We get BawJaws because some 43% of the voting population thought it might be a good idea. Huge calls this democracy. 🤣🤣🤣.
