right then chaps need to learn the bimini twist knot for attaching the leader. all ok up to attaching the leader to the loop any one know how it is done???? i was shown but cant remember.........like a sieve....... ta macky

yup a strip of white underbelly of a mackrel fished under a float and drifted down tide should get a few. good fun too macky

does any body know were i can get a tiga sl85 headlamp for less than £200 ya know the ones with the lightweight battery????????

no mullet up the humber too dirty just eels and small flounder i have heard reports of mullet feeding on the inside of spurn mudd flats but as i say never heard of any one fishing for them personally i would forget it... if its harbour fishing you want go to bridlington with VERY light tackle (ie coarse match rods 3lb line etc) u will have good fun with small coalies up to 1lb or so best off targeting the bass on the beaches around withernsea down to spurn macky (hull)

not sure about north of bridlington but the south of brid down to spurn is VERY quiet indeed just whitting and odd codling roll on summer eh!! macky

the nearest mullet to brid harbour are the ones on the inside of spurn in the summer months but i have never heard of anybody actually fishing for them macky

yes i use pike rods of 2.5lb TC for light bass fishing and spinning for pollock on the rocks in scotland great fun.. macky
