What are people's plans?
Rusty and I are hitting the middle Kennet on Monday and I intend to have a couple of 'peripatetic' days tomorrow and Saturday - still not exactly decided where I'll concentrate my efforts atm then on Monday I'm hoping to be spoilt for choice between chub, perch, big dace, grayling and I might even throw in a pike rod as I'm visiting this swim.....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1bc_hNiIyv8 (from 29.57)!
Anyone else hitting the rivers this weekend?

Ah! Hence your questions to the IAC! Be very interested to hear how you get on, on Monday How much are DT's there now?

Probably be the same tomorrow despite the predicted south westerly. It won't have time to make any difference to the effects of tonight's hard frost but the allure of a new (to me) Kennet venue has brought with it foolhardy optimism.
Where you going - Chris?
I've got this Friday and Monday (of course!) off work - hope the forecast is right for the weekend!

I assume you all have seen the thames and kennet turbidity DO and temp readings?
Not that helpful for the Kennet as it's on the lower river - a lot of the colour in the river below Aldermaston comes from the River Enborne. Could do with these readings at say Newbury!

Its kind a therapeutic dragging that little surfer about. Good job he wasn't there at christmas or he might have banged his head.
Just seen that! Useful addition!
