third trip at poole quay resulting in 4 beauties to 4.5lbs mackerel flesh with loads groundbait via sprout sack and loose feed just after dawn

exactly the same not seen one in my usual spot for over a week

Fished poole Harbour again today for a few hours and the mullet were everywhere. Floatfished flake over mashed bread produced five all around three pounds.

Had a PB mullet @ 4lbs 14ozs from poole harbour on floatfished crust.Only bite of a shortish session...very few mullet to be seen?

Fished another short session this afternoon. Had four mullet best 3lbs 7ozs on floatfished mackerel flesh over loosefed mashed bread with a fishy flavouring/attractant thingy

WeymouthSean I have various spots I am fishing in the harbour. Perhaps we could swap marks as I only have to come from Wool so could easily fish with you some evenings. It depends how well you know the harbour as the best one is tricky to find so email me if you are interested matey

had two mullet today 2lbs 2ozs and 3lbs exactly from a swim I have been baiting for a while ..both took mackerel flesh fished next to a brussel sprout sack filled with a pilchard bread mix using the float lift method

Had my first try of the year at my baited swim . Hooked three lost three...one was rather large. Method was float fished bread in a shallow swim with regular loosefeed mashed bread and pilchard mix. Going again Sunday early am for another try

Hi guys SAw about twenty mullet cruising around the boats at Poole quay Thursday night. Also been feeding a spot for about a month in the harbour and the mullet appear soon after bait is introduced for the last week or so. Will let you know how i get on
