  1. listen mate they will try to bleed you dry,im telling you,if they say its for one rod then one rod it is,so most sea anglers will have to buy at least 2 licences, you may also have to purchase a different licence,to cover different areas, years back we had to buy licences to cover different water authorities, like thames water and anglian water,so for instance the north and south,or the east or west,or do sea anglers think they have enough clout to demand what they want,if we go by numbers,im told that there is more freshwater anglers than sea.
  2. some great replies here lads well done, but would the licence cover 1 or two rods, it could cost you £40 and not £20,think about that!!!
  3. i did a search on here to see what you guys have said about the above, and to be honest im very dissapointed to see that some of you are willing to pay for a licence,do you honestly believe that this government will listen to you, lads they dont give a stink about you and your fishing, they only want your money,so what do you propose they will do with your first millions? answers on a postage stamp please.....

    licence

as i do a lot of fresh water fishing, mostly carp,i have to buy 2 fishing licence's if i want to fish 3 or 4 rods,at a cost of £22 each, how do you blokes feel, with all this talk of sea anglers, maybe having to buy a licence? ,im sitting on the fence here, but i dont see why i should have to pay for a sea fishing licence and a freshwater one, what do reckon about it all
  6. well as i use both types of reels i guess im the lady boy then(he he)wonder whos battering my cod tonight????
  7. tuesdays catch for us out at southend on the boat girl mandy, was again pretty good, about 15 cod cought, biggest being about 5lbs,loads of whiteing some looked pretty big to me,all cod were cought on worm with the odd squid tip,but alas im still codless any tips??,anyways ive cleaned all my tackle up this morning, and ijust wondered whats the best way to clean up my multiplyers,i usually just run under the tap, then leave in a bowl of cold water overnight, and dry em out in the airing cupboard,i havnt yet oiled em as they've only been used 5/6 times,so am i doing it right  .
