All of them good ideas, specially the throw it in the lake one, as my missus says about me, "simple but effective" Some say you should have the spool facing as this reduces twist, but I always thought that if you put the pencil thro the spool you get one twist per turn winding on and then one untwist per turn when casting out I do like this new board Elton, Den [ 16 February 2002, 08:51 PM: Message edited by: poledark ]
