Fished Chesil Beach this year on Hot summers day. Groundbaited the milpond still sea and after 20 minutes letting the ground bait take affect hooked 22 gars in a two hour period!!! Once you have them in front in very still water they seem to stay - Fantastic bait for Bass and excellent food as well!! Good luck next summer...........

Not a bean till 11.30pm then non stop on 3 rods till just gone 3.00am!!! 40 plus fish - nothing special but hectic!!!

Did 21 hours Sat night - Bloody cold Miuns 9 with wind chill!! But gorgeous still moon lit sea......... Caught 15 fish but ALL rubbish species except for minute Whiting down to 3 ins long!!! Good seesion for relaxing though.. Burnt a mountain of loads so did not quite die of exposure... AlmOsT though..............

Havimg another go again tonight before the weekend gales appear again!!!

Did 22 hours - Fantastic loads of fish!!!! 1 x 3 lb Codling in daylight hours then a dozen Plus Whiting most over the pound. 9 - 10 Dogs 20 plus Poor Cod 1 Small Pollock 4 pout - Bites through to 2.30am!!!!!! Nothing till 8.00am then one single Whiting.... Stayed at minus 3 wind chill ALL night But virtually a millpond - Thanks for previous winds they drove the fish well in!!! GOOD SESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TURN RIGHT THEN JUST UNDER 1/2 MILE - DOWN ON TIDE LINE at right angles TO THE GATE ENTRANCE..... green Tent plus camp site ,,,,, pm SAT - NO IDEA OF TIME YET EXCEPT FOR 24 HOURS INEVITABLE!!!!

Doing 24 hour session through Sat to Sun at the Cottages Mark!!!

Last night - V rough but a few dogs and another large 5lb Pollock and numerous Whiting!!!!

All on squid strip... Most on about 6-8oz A few at about a pound and 1 huge 2lber!!!!

Bloody freezing last night - around 3.00am hit minus 7 with wind chill!!! Loads of Whiting - Thats all............

Bass in late evening / Early morning Mackeral by the cartload when still and the sun is out!!!

Dogs Tiny Conger 20 plus Whiting - 2 around the 2lb mark... Pout Small Pollock 1 1/2lb

34 fish Wed night PS - ALL night) - 5 species at Abbotsbury !!! Give it a go...
