Yep I see, makes sense, thanks for the info. There is so much choice, to tell you the truth not sure what i am gunna get, being looking at rod pods but not really found one i like, not sure if my bank sticks will fit the stabilisers i want, may just go back to my banksticks and be done with it at this rate. Cheers STC (very confused)

Why would i not need stabilisiers then? how do they stop themselves from moving around then? Cheers STC

Not keen on pods as i like to pont my rods in the direction of when i am fishing, which then i guess leads the question why the buzz bar set up? I normally fish two rods in roughly the same place and the third, off aways or at showing fish. I cannot remeber what make the buzz bar and sticks are, they are not thick, thick but are stainless steel and of good quality. I guess the chub stabilisers will fit most banksticks, the only way to know is to buy and see i guess. Cheers for all the suggestins and advice guys. STC

Here is what i use http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Korum-Cork-Handle-Bu...=item1e64eac294 They are adjustable so, you can alter to match the style of fishing you are undertaking, love these so much. Cheers STC

Its great having pennies to spend on new fishing gear. Ok, having been looking at bank stick stabilisers, now I am pretty sure I am gunna get the chub SS bank stabiliser as it has two prongs to push in to the ground. Which to me would mean that it has great stability compared to the single ones. However has any one got any experience of using stabilisers and can you recommend any to me, have never used them before and am trying to sort out by buzz bar and bankstick arrangement. Cheers once again guys. STC

Gunna stick with the nano, like the look of them. I do a lot margin and close in work so the nano`s should do the job. Gunna get a black set and possible the light blue betalites. Cheers STC

Did wonder if that was the case. Cheers STC

Morning all Have been looking at the nano bugs and can't work out if you can add extra weight if you need to, say you are fishing against weed. Cheers all STC

Hi All Well decided not to change the bed chair gunna do a small modification to it, with an old duvet i have. Instead brought a set of ATTs bite alarms and rec. and a couple of other bits and bobs. However now in the market for a set of bobbins, does any one use the Bug bobbins from Gardener, been looking at them and they look pretty nice. Cheers one and all for the help and suggestion on the bed chair and bite alarm question. STC

Morning Elton Have found out that the have field tested and that they have a battery/life expentency isse which they are looking at so thats good. Thinking about getting a set of ATTX V2 dongles and Receiver and attaching to GFs and using the extension box as a back up if needed. Hope all is well with you. Cheers STC
-
I agree, I have used the GFx for 3yrs and recently upgraded to the GFs, can not fault the alarms they are quality. Cheers for getting back to me. Not bothered about the single tone, as long as I get bite indication I am good. Cheers STC

Cheers. STC

Hi All Looking in to going remote instead of using the cable and extension box for my GFs and keeping the extension box as a back up. Does any one know if the Gardener ATTX V2 is compatable with the GFs bite alarms? Or if anyone has any info on the GF remote alarms that would be a great help. Thanks guys and girls. STC
