    Its ok to save money by turning xmas lights off but they are willing to spend a few thousand pounds on fancy carpets and pictures for someones office...... im sure some poor kid waiting for an incubater would appreciate fixtures and fittings instead....the worlds gone mad !

    I totally agree about the penny pinching nhs at the moment we are going through the agenda for change lark and its a complete shambles they are clawing back every penny they can to give wage rises to people who walk about with pieces of paper in there hands looking important and they wonder why they have to flood the nhs with nurses from overseas.....
