  1. A terrible and disgusting event, I could have foreseen it happening elsewhere but New Zealand is a surprise, in saying that I dont know much about New Zealands politics and any underlying right wing extremism.

  2. Is it best of 3 ? Best of 6 ? Best of 100 until you get the correct vote ,you have already had 2 chances the referendum and the election how many more do you want?

As i have said if you really wanted to remain you would have voted liberal as remain was the top of their manifesto ! Did you?

As many as is needed to get the result they want isn't that the EU way as witnessed in Ireland amongst others
  3. They voted to eat poor quality food Paul. They made their bed, let the buggers lie in it.

If they want to eat crappy US chicken and hormon and antibiotic fed factory beef then bid them "bon appetit".

And bon appetit to you and cod as you feast on your fipronil contaminated eggs courtesy of your friends in the EU and your ropey horse meat sold as "beef"
  4. ? just fancy Chesters you been french or German now wouldnt that be something Yorkshire folk true Saxons plenty of plastic brits about if you dig hard enough .

The Saxons were a Germanic people anyway and not originally from the UK so they're as much a plastic brit as any other of the invading groups.

    Second attempt at posting

I'm sure I read somewhere that in a case like this, a child will be considered to have multi-nationality, (in line with it's parentage), until the age of 21. Then as an adult they have to submit a request to continue the situation.

I'm on some strong med's at the moment, and I might have got my wires crossed, but I'm pretty sure I've read something to that effect, somewhere.

    John

I believe that us exactly the case because of her mother's heritage she is entitled to Bangladeshi citizenship until she's 21 at which point if she hasn't taken it up fully she would need to apply for it.

"under Bangladesh law, a UK national like Ms Begum, if born to a Bangladeshi parent, is automatically a Bangladeshi citizen. That means that such a person would have dual nationality.

If the person remains in the UK, their Bangladeshi citizenship remains in existence but dormant.

Under this "blood line" law, Bangladeshi nationality and citizenship lapse when a person reaches the age of 21, unless they make efforts to activate and retain it."

  6. So lets turn the clock back lets go backwards and a not forwards you couldnt have put it better but there is just one small problem with that its history phone and probably two thirds of UK population disagreed with you .17 million voted brexit there is roughly around 50 million that didnt .

And using your maths 16 million voted to stay and 51 million didn't so you'd still lose.

  7. Any theories ? Terrorists ? Anti-new-runway "environmentalists" ? Mischievous geek doing it because he can ? Someone with a real or imagined grudge out to wreck the British economy ?

or.... If someone had just invented a system to protect airports from drone attacks, what better way to bring the problem to world attention and thus ensure a prosperous future for his product ? Come on Chesters, and the rest of you -- what do you think ?

Signal blockers are already available and used elsewhere in the world, the UKs laws currently stop their use over here apparently. As for who it is considering a drones battery lasts about 1/2 hour someone's reasonably organised to keep doing it for a day and a half

Yep, but here still appears to be large swathes of the area where it's impossible to assist or assess.

To be honest though the worry is how long it goes on for rather than the numbers. The longer it's in people, the bigger the chances of it evolving to spread more easily.

WHO reckon that there is no evidence of viruses dramatically changing their method of transmission is it is unlikely Ebola is going to become anymore contagious than it is already https://www.who.int/mediacentre/news/ebola/06-october-2014/en/

  10. They're obsessed with consent, claiming that babies should give consent to have their nappies changed and that Snow White was raped because she couldn't consent to the kiss that saved her life.

It's something that I'll have to agonise over next time I see a feminist in cardiac arrest.

Actually in the original version of sleeping beauty the king rapes sleeping beauty while she's asleep who then gives birth (while still asleep) to twins who's sucking on her finger wakes her as it removes a piece of flax that has been keeping her asleep.
