Not much help here but in Feb issue of Sea Angling News Folkstone pier is producing Codling, Whiting and dabs. Dengmarsh, Dungeness is producing Cod. I used to fish opposite the power station using locally dug black lug and had some nice Cod, there is a gully about 80 yards off and if you can get in there with grapnel leads you should be ok for some fish.

The boats are cleaning up with some big cod from Folkstone and Dover.

Where are you based, I can try and find some one local to you that may be of more help.
