finding fish

In a boat, as from the bank, I can handhold the transducer and point it like a torch. This is especially useful for finding pike lurking in reedbeds. My finder is fairly primitive but it does have grey-line and I can pinpoint pike in the reeds a treat. Instead of depth it tells me how far away the bank is !
