i'm looking for anyone who has been over to ireland recently and fished on the bann to pass on upto date info as i will be heading over that way on holiday on saturday. i normally fish Portglenone and Antrim including Lough Beg.any info would be great cheers lads.

Fished a day at Kilrea late May, blanked. Talking to the people at the Portee Lodge

who sold me the licence said it had not been fishing. The river looked very low and stale

Home from home, and at £12-50 / night p.p its a snip. We had one of the private bedrooms, getting a bit too old to be sharing with young backpackers.

Almost on the beach, which produced bass to 10lb whilst I was there.
