the 14 i got on the same but in the pva bag was silly bait mussle and squid with sweetcorn juice cls pellets sweetcorn and some orange juice

Did the sweetcorn juice and orange juice not melt the PVA? Both are water based and would have melted the bags.

well done mate but not wanting to put you of it might be very difficult to beat that first fish for a while choose the right venue tho and you never no what might pick the bait up. Well done good angling
