New Venue

Afternoon all,

 

I'm moving to sunny Burnham-on-Crouch (Essex) and in order to escape the nagging missus and the weekend trips to B&Q, I desperately need some info on carp waters in the area. Not being totally lazy, I've had a mooch (surf?) on the net and have found Billericay Angling Club, which looks OK, Maldon Angling Society, which looks better (anyone fished any of their waters, Totham?) but are there any other waters about that might be of interest? It looks like there are loads of pits in the area but what's the scoop with 'em?

As simonford mentioned Aquatels, it is good but also very hard fishing there.

Crowsheath is also another one to look at.
