New to forum - how much are my new Shakespeare rod and reel worth?

Recommended Posts

Hi, I am a bit of a newbie here!!

My grandfather recently gave me a rod and reel which I intend to sell. Could someone give me an estimate of their value.

Both items are 100% new and unused.

Shakespeare Euroboat (blue)

1410-030

Length: 1.95m

Class: 30lb 13.6kg

Shakespeare Sea Wolf Multiplier

2910 350

Gear Ratio 4.0:1

Full Free Spool Mechanism

Extra Smooth Star Drag

Robust Graphite Body

If anyone has any advice on where to sell (other than eBay) it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Women need a reason to have sex. Men just need a place.

The difference between light and hard is that you can sleep with a light on.

Yup I see that, that's a surprisingly good price. A few things on ebay have gone for much more than I would have expected recently - I guess because the price of fishing tackle has gone up recently.

Ebay's a fickle place - you can sell something one day for £20 and then not get a bid for exactly the same item a day later!
