Try contacting the EA (dont bother emailing them though!) to see if they will do you a "block licence".

And thats my "non indicative opinion"!

If they only want one for the day then contact the your local EA and they should be able to do you a 'blanket' one to cover all the boys. I got them to issue them for open days. Glad Les was able to help.
