money owing

does anyone know where i can get an addresss from,

this person has done a flit from the house they rented and owes me some money but i need their new address to issue county court papers.

they have been seen in surrey but are not on the new electoral roll anyone got any ideas.

Have a word with the Post Office and see if they have re-directed their mail ....

If they owe you enough try a search agent, we use them at work and they often find them, but having done so youve still got to get the money even if you do get CCJ against them.
