Where to buy a weed rake

A way round the problem may be to print off Andy's post with pic and take that to a local[if you have one near] metal fabricators type workshop and bribe one of the guys there with £notes to knock you up a couple it shouldn't cost a fortune if you speak to the right guy ,As a example i had a new metal roof hatch made for the boat and it cost pennys in comparision to buying a new one from the original builders .

I have used a folding anchor as Budgie says they ain't great but do work ,biggest problem can be a bunch of instant Carpers threatening to do you in when you start throwing said rake into the lake steve.

I have tried to make one with poor results so I am keen to just buy one that I know will work.

The only place I have found one is on eBay but is is an auction so it could go for any amount.

I have seen another with extending rods but its quite expensive.

 

Do any suppliers out there manufacture and sell them? I cant say I have ever looked at my local tackle shops for them.
